Use your App to Access our Gym

Upon successful registration, approval of your information, and processing of your initial payment, you may proceed to download the app to access the gym.

After logging in, navigate to the home page where you will find an icon at the top center labeled “Check In” with a Bluetooth symbol and two arrows. Tap this icon (ensure Bluetooth is enabled within the app—this is the default setting upon download—and that your device’s Bluetooth is turned on to communicate with the reader).

Your phone should be held within 1 to 4 feet from the reader. Holding it too close will prevent the door from opening and may trigger Apple Pay instead.

Please follow the rules of the gym to make it fun for everyone

We know that everyone has their own routines, own way of working out and own reasons for being in the gym, but that doesn’t mean you can’t follow the rules and respect your fellow gym-goers. We don’t ask for much but following these basic rules can really make the difference. 

If you find someone not following the rules, please politely ask them politely, they may just not have seen this part of our website! 

Don't Let NON-Members in

You cannot under any and all circumstances let anyone in, hold the door for someone or use another persons credentials to access the facility.

Put your Weights back

It's not too hard, and think of it as that extra rep! If you've used the weights, put them back! It's common decency and keeps everyone happy.

Be courteous to your fellow members

We know everyone might not have the same way of using the gym, or be at the same level but treat people with respect and everyone can enjoy it.

Wipe Down ALL equipment after use

You know that towel we told you to carry? well use it! Wipe down your equipment so that the next person on the machine can use the equipment without any issues.

Know your own limits, and set your own goals. Hey we're proud of you already because you're in the gym! So be yourself and stick to the routine that works for you.
